Return Policy

CUSTOMS:

Custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Upon deposit payment your fabric is cut. For this reason the deposit is non refundable.
Final payment is due within 24 hours of notification. If you fail to make payment the items may be sold at the owners discretion.
No returns or refunds on custom orders unless agreed upon before hand.

There will absolutely be no returns of the following items, for hygienic reasons: Underwear, Cloth pads, Change pads, Nursing pads, Wipes or Teething accessories and toys. These items are made to come in contact with bodily fluids and will not be accepted as a return for any reason.
They may however, be repaired if defective.

There are NO extended holds on items.
If you would like an item, you must pick it up within 24 hours.

Returns will be accepted on unused, unwashed items, with tags intact, for up to 14 days after original purchase, items must not be contaminated by odors (smoke, etc.)

There are no returns on sale items.

Shipping: Once items are shipped Juniper Dragon assumes no responsibility for them. It is the responsibility of the customer to request tracked shipping.
-All Packages are subject to a 2.00 package and ship fee. Any overages (1.00+) after this fee and actual shipping cost will be refunded.


Defective items:

Our items are handmade and not mass-produced. Therefore occasionally there may be some minor imperfections like wavy seams. This is considered acceptable. Any items considered defective will be repaired or replaced at owners discretion. However the customer is required to pay for shipping costs associated with repair.
